Territory Manager - Brisbane - Endoscopy

The Organization:

Our client is an Australia born medical device company who specialize in ENT and Endoscopy. Due to continuous growth, we require a Territory Manager based in Brisbane specializing in Endoscopy. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for the growing and maintaining the Brisbane South and Gold Coast Territory. This role will suit an Associate Territory Manager looking to grow their career and move into a more senior role or an experienced Endoscopy Nurse looking to move into medical device sales.

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will have the autonomy to build this territory yourself with support from the senior Territory Manager in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Pursuing opportunities to drive sales growth in the territory
  • Achieving sales targets and maintaining a growing customer data base
  • Development and implementation of an effective territory management plan
  • Organise and participate in seminars, demonstrations and presentations to customers
  • Customer problem solving
  • Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum level of exposure and effective time management
  • Perform all necessary administrative work
  • Recognise and understand competitors, products, features, strengths in relation to company's products.

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have a proven background of sales within the medical device industry or nurse with endoscopy experience and a passion for sales
  • The organisation will consider applicants from the pharmaceutical field
  • Strong understanding of QLD public and private hospitals
  • Knowledge of Endoscopy will be a plus
  • A passion to proactively provide a high standard of customer service
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiating and computer skills
  • Strong clinical knowledge along with a solid understanding of the human anatomy
  • Excellent and diligent CRM data management and record keeping
