Quality Systems Associate- Global Pharmaceutical - REMOTE

Planet Pharma is a rapidly expanding organization, working with a global pharmaceutical company, who are looking for a Quality Systems Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a remote position, with some presence required in their office based in Hertfordshire.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to more on a global scale and take on a high level of autonomy.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for ensuring EML’s Electronic TrackWise Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Control Laboratory systems and software used to support the manufacture, packaging, testing, storage, and distribution of marketed drug products comply with current GMP and company Corporate expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Support EMLs electronic QMS and QC laboratory electronic systems as administrator
• Provide ongoing operation, maintenance and implementation of improvements to electronic systems to support EMLs needs
• Support the Management of the relationships with external system providers for technical and helpdesk support
• Support system updates and upgrades with the system providers ensuring systems are maintained in a qualified state

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and analyse user requirements to facilitate changes and system improvements
• Working knowledge of electronic systems, CSV and GAMP requirements
• Good understanding of the requirements of data integrity and application to system management
• Good understanding of Quality Control Systems and analytical software and electronic Quality Systems
