headcount AG is a Zurich-based consultancy serving clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostic, OTC and chemical market segments.
Our client is a mid-sized biotech company developing medicines in the Oncology area. They have successfully grown from a small startup to a major global contender for cancer treatments that affect millions of patients worldwide. As their business in Europe is still growing at a steady rate, they are looking for a BA Specialist with some experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry to strengthen their core BA and analytics reporting capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take charge of projects in the area of performance analysis and reporting including the development of powerful analytics tools to improve overall performance in both strategy and execution
- Ownership of performance analysis including recommendations for the business and its users as well as potential roadblocks and drivers, next actions
- Identify tools and analytics business needs and address those using all data sources that are available
- Sit together with users to develop reporting tools and support in the implementation and usage
- Seek out performance optimization opportunities by pushing new data & analytics possibilities
- Work on BA platforms together with IT department and
- Data mangement support
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in BA in the pharma/medtech industry
- Familiarity with BA
- Professional fluency in English
