  • The Talent Advisor- Emerging Talent/ University Level Programs Recruiter is responsible for emerging talent program assistance, and candidate sourcing, screening and closing of candidates for his/her respective client(s) at graduate and under-graduation levels. This role will also be responsible for building emerging talent pools, internal pipelines and sustainable university relations. The University Recruiter is also personally involved in marketing and branding initiatives, recruiting program management, diversity talent pool cultivation, reporting analysis, competitor analysis and market trends, curriculum studies, internal development program assistance and external organization or campus activities.

    Key Accountabilities:
    • Work to recruit as needed undergraduate talent for positions such as interns, apprentices, trainees and entry level full time positions
    • Find appropriate pipelines of talent including diversity program management
    • Collaboration with universities and promotion of Parexel brand and partner in alignment with marketing activities led by TA marketing to promote university/graduate opportunities to social media outlets
    • Manage the search, identification, communication and interview process with candidates
    • Assist in requisition management (req reviews with hiring managers, sourcing strategy documents, timeline to fill, key requirements)University recruiting reporting management - work to reconcile college/university entry hires globally and compile monthly reporting package
    • Work closely together with Business/Hiring managers as assigned
    • Assist in screening of internal candidates for development programsProject management as assigned and ownership of university outreach research, student feedback, hiring trends, competitor analysis
    • Diversity pipelines and connections - outreach and communications
    • Educational curriculum studies as assigned

    • Experience with sourcing and candidate relationship building skills•

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously•
    • Demonstrated time management and personal organization skills with good priority setting•
    • The ability to use diverse sources and social media in the identification/ contacting of potential candidates•
    • Comfortable with networking, marketing, sourcing and recruiting•
    • Understanding of University structure and the higher education sector•
    • Focused work ethic with a proactive approach to work•
    • Marketing mindset and attitude•
    • Team player who is also a self-starter that is ambitious and wants to learn
