Job Details

Hobson Prior are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Officer to join a fantastic pharmaceutical establishment on a permanent basis located in Daventry with hybrid working available. Our client is focused on developing, producing and marketing value-added, branded and standard pharmaceuticals.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this position, you will handle ICSR reconciliation actions with associate organisations.
  • When needed, you will contribute to internal as well as external audits.
  • The ideal candidate will draft and contribute to local and international SOPs and/or working techniques pertinent to PV, when needed.
  • Assist with supervising the PV division's email inbox for compliance linked content.
  • Uphold consciousness of regulatory changes that affect pharmacovigilance actions and participate in the assessment and the execution of new needs.
  • You will deliver and assist in PV induction and refresher training courses for company personnel.
  • To assist with local compliance actions, you will aid personnel rendering to PV connected actions.
  • Manage initial triage of individual case safety reports (ICSRs).
  • Produce metrics rendering to medical information enquiries received so the data may be used to assist in the recognition of possible problems needing further insight such as clustering of documents.
  • Any other assigned duties.
