Our International pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced Early Careers Manager, who will be responsible for the creation and strategy of the Early Years programmes for Interns, Apprentices, and Work Experience placements. Alongside this the role will manage the full early years lifecycle (including recruitment, onboarding, and continued development) working across the business with key stakeholders to understand and determine future needs.

Main duties and responsibilities:
* Design and deliver a robust early careers talent strategy
* Design best practice approaches for attraction, selection, and assessment methodologies to create inclusive hiring approaches.
* Build relationships with stakeholders including hiring managers, the wider Talent Acquisition team, and HR teams.
* Attend colleges, universities, and job fairs to promote all Early Years activities.
* Lead assessment centres and other recruitment initiatives including university careers fairs.
* Manage and deliver reports and data when required and using this data to inform decision making and future plans.
* Liaise with the legal team to draft contracts for training providers
* Liaise with training providers and line managers when attending employee reviews.
* Oversight of our outreach and partnership plans for appropriate colleges and universities at both undergraduate and graduate level. Support line managers in their role with this.
* Ensure appropriate training is completed for line managers and new early careers hires.
* Coordinate enrolment end point assessment with training providers and line managers.
* Provide wellbeing and pastoral care to those in apprentice, intern or work experience roles.
* Create networking and team building opportunities for intern and apprentice peer groups.

Skills & Experience required:
* Experience of working on Early Career programmes, with particular focus on Apprentices and Internships.
* Previous experience of full early careers life cycle, in attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining earlier careers talent.
* Previous experience of managing the apprenticeship levy.
* Project management in delivering early careers programmes.
* Experience in recruiting and building relationships and partnerships in business and externally.
* Must be a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion.
