The Position

Our IT EDS Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics team is looking for an IT Business Consultant - Project Manager for Business Intelligence. Within the team we drive and support high quality, value-adding and user-centric solutions to our customers in scientific area.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading projects and to implement projects in close collaboration with project/product team (e.g. Scrum master, Product Owner, business analysts, vendors and other key stakeholders). Considering this, you craft solutions that are aligned to BI architecture standards and principles.


Tasks & responsibilities

• In your new role, you influence IT-related business decisions through a consistent and direct engagement of clients at all levels in the required business domain.
• Based on your expertise in both IT and the business domain, you will independently identify business demands and offer solutions.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the Project Management of projects to plan, organize and oversee the resources to ensure delivery with regard to the goals and objectives of the project
• You will ensure processes and system standards during deployment projects are meet. In this context, you defend the global template and work with key stakeholders to fully comply with global standards as well as country-specific legal, regulatory and GxP requirements.
• With your strong communication skills, you will demonstrate Program Management capabilities in order to support business goals and strategies.

Requirements

• Master´s or bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering, preferably in a quantitative field
• Several years of working experience in Business Intelligence & Analytics
• Few years of Project Management experience. (PMI Certification preferred)
• Proven experience with GxP and in pharmaceutical industry with regulated environments
• Experience in ETL, data warehouse, BI Technology (Informatica, Oracle, SQL, Tableau, Qlikview, Statistica etc.)
• Good change management experience
• Excellent communication skills of spoken and written English
