Albion Rye Associates are working in partnership with one of our most established clients, a highly regarded Pharmaceutical Advertising agency. Our client, with a presence across North America and Europe, are looking for Senior Medical Writers / Associate Medical Directors to join their US team.

After various new business wins (7 figures $) and a record year of achievements globally, there has never been a better time to join. Working on a huge medical affairs account you will be working on innovative projects for a variety of clients primarily in the growth areas of Oncology & Rare Diseases.

Therapy areas: Oncology & Rare Disease

Responsibilities:

  • Write or edit a range of materials like manuscripts, slide kits, monographs, and newsletters.
  • Incorporate feedback from editorial colleagues, clients, and independent clinicians
  • Attend conferences, scientific symposia, and advisory boards to provide on-site services to the client
  • Interest in Medical Education, Medical Affairs, Promotional, Patient Engagement, or other Healthcare training backgrounds is valuable.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • A higher life sciences degree is required, PhD or PharmD or Doctorate
  • Previous medical writing experience (or a passion to break into the industry)
  • Based in either New Jersey or Chicago (or willing to relocate)


Our client will be handling applications through September and is happy to speak to those coming from Pharma or Biotech clients, Healthcare Advertising, Medical Communications, or a Medical Affairs background.
