Preclinical Leader

RBW are partnered with an innovative immuno-oncology biotech that require an experienced Pharmacokinetics / Toxicology Leader to take responsibility for Pharmacology activities across preclinical and early clinical development. This organisation is using a proprietary technology platform to develop antibody-based therapeutics with their leading molecule in phase 1.

Responsibilities:

• Lead pharmacology and toxicology assessments from discovery through to early clinical development
• Act as pharmacology project rep in cross functional teams and implement scientific strategy
• Oversee GLP and Non-GLP Tox studies and Pharmacokinetic studies outsourced to CROs.
• Analyse PK parameters and present data back to senior leadership team
• Contribute to required regulatory documentation regarding specified areas

Requirements:

• Educated to PhD with a minimum 3 years industry experience
• Strong background in the pharmacology / toxicology field
• Experience analysing PK parameters
• Background in biologics drug development is preferred, but not essential.
