The Opportunity

You will support the Head of Executive Compensation, Performance Management and Equity to develop strategic and operational leadership in the development, administration, and communication of the employee equity programs across the CSL Group. You will manage all activities related to our equity programs and ensure their effectiveness and compliance.

You can be base anywhere in Australia as long as you are able to commute into our Melbourne Head office when required.

The Role
  • Support the development of global employee equity programs
  • Administer the Global Employee Share Plan including all enrollments, contributions, purchases and tax withholding
  • Manage the long term incentive program which includes the annual grants, commencement benefit, recognition and retention award grants and all associated award vesting
  • Lead the withholding tax process for all vesting ensuring correct legal treatment and provision of necessary reports to Finance, Payroll and employees
  • Manage the cross border tax withholding process together with the external vendor and ensure the correct treatment and reporting of awards
  • Lead the dividend payment process
  • Prepare any offers of commencement benefits, recognition or retention where there is no corresponding compensation element
  • Manage the Non-Executive Director Rights Plan
  • Together with external legal and tax vendors prepare all offer documentation / terms and conditions
  • Manage the global leaver process
  • Direct relevant Finance and Payroll teams on all global equity reporting requirements and ensure process is followed
  • Manage all ASX listing and lodgement requirements
  • Work with Finance to provide a seamless share based payment process
  • Lead the registration and reporting of employee equity programs under applicable country regulation and legislation
  • Ensure compliance with all global regulations, legislation and securities laws
  • Contact for all quarter-end and year-end reporting, including the provision of data for the Remuneration Report and Financial Statements
  • Lead and direct contact for the daily business relationship with our equity program vendors
  • Own and deliver the market data benchmarking process including submission of data and analysis and presentation of results


Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or other appropriate discipline
  • Minimum seven years' experience in a medium/large organisation in a compensation and employee equity role
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and HR processes
  • Knowledge of HR administration/analytical software
  • Knowledge of Workday is highly desirable
