Job Details

Hobson Prior are looking for an Associate Director, HEOR to join a brilliant commercialisation and consulting agency on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere within the US. Our client is focused on delivering practical solutions that maximise product access.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will be accountable for guiding submission writing, contracting, client presentations and pricing.
  • Partake in the development of submissions and idea papers that clearly state the brilliance of the company's services with precise budgets.
  • Evolve and/or evaluate study documents, scientific publications, posters and abstracts.
  • Uphold chargeability by offering project contributions/direction.
  • You will offer senior guidance on various client accounts or practice fields.
  • The ideal candidate will design and execute health results and/or economic studies - from study notion to final document.
  • Any other assigned duties.

  • An organised and structured individual.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Works well in an energetic, successful consulting organisation that uphold high-quality standards and demands brilliance.
  • Medical writing abilities.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a post-graduate degree level in a pertinent discipline.
  • Or educated to a master's degree level in a health economics, pharmacy administration, biostatistics, health services research, clinical epidemiology, public health policy or business administration discipline with at least 8+ years of experience and at least 8+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Know-how of specific field of specialisation to the accomplishment of assignments.
  • Know-how of results research and health economics.
  • Proficiency in database management as well as the ability to think analytically and statistically.
  • Competent with economic modelling.
  • Familiarity with developing results research/health economics study procedures.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Clinical skills would be beneficial.
  • Solid work ethic.
