THE POSITION

Large CAPEX projects are the core foundation for providing our patients with the medicines they need! Our Global CAPEX Management Team is responsible for all large CAPEX projects worldwide.

We are looking for support for further training and guidance of our most experienced project management teams. Join our Global GAPEX Team and take a leading role in developing an efficient and successful project management ecosystem!

Tasks & responsibilities

  • In your new role you are the global owner of the BI “PM Training Programme”. You will be the key player in the strategy development as well as in planning of training & workshops.
  • As Manager PM training & lessons learned you develop and execute trainings worldwide for our experienced Project Managers, PMO and other key stakeholders our global organisations and business units.
  • With your support, sites develop individual PM strategies and training concepts.
  • You are the global owner of “PM Lessons Learned” incl. strategy, process development and implementation.
  • In addition, you refine project work processes, standards and best practices based on lessons learned results and contribute to the further enhancement of our PM-excellence.
  • Furthermore, you support to further improve and implement concepts for our talent development.


Requirements

  • M.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field with several years of experience in Project Management or PMO of large CAPEX investment projects in international environment
  • PMI or other relevant certification is a plus
  • Sound experience in project management training and change management
  • Knowledge of cGMP/GLP regulations, ICH, FDA CMC, ISPE and PDA Guidance Documents is preferred
  • Very strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Very strong leadership, team building and mentoring skills
  • Ability to influence regional and global management as well as experienced members of the project community
  • Fluency in English (writing and speaking)
  • High willingness to travel
