Large CAPEX projects are the core foundation for providing our patients with the medicines they need! Our Global CAPEX Management Team is responsible for all large CAPEX projects worldwide.

Join our Global CAPEX Team withing GFE and take a Leading Role in development of an efficient and successful Project Management Ecosystem!

Tasks & responsibilities

  • As Senior Manager Project Excellence Standards & Guidance you develop new and further improve existing guidelines, work instructions and tools for a high-performance Capital Project Management.
  • You develop and implement smart KPIs and a transparent monitoring system for project excellence performance and adherence with defined PM standards, guidelines, methods, processes.
  • Developing and leading “Deep Dives” for excellence critical topics with Project Management Teams, Global, Supporting Functions and establish a sustainable lesson learnt process is part of your key tasks.
  • As the owner of the Global PM databases (Sharepoint, homepage and other platforms) you overview relevant guidelines, work instructions and tools.
  • You are responsible for regular communication to the Project Management Network and our organization.
  • In addition, you provide expert support and industry best practices on PM aspects such as engineering management, cost estimation, scheduling, project - controls, scope change and risk management.


Requirements

  • M.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field with longstanding experience in Capital Project Management or PMO with preferable international exposure
  • PMI or other relevant certification preferred
  • Experience in Capital Project Excellence, Change Management, Capital Project Standards and work processes
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to influence regional and global management and experienced project community members
  • Very good software skills (e.g. MS Office, Share Point, etc.)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
