Executive Director - Bioanalysis

We are exclusively supporting a global and rapidly growing organisation who have successfully delivered many life-saving therapeutics that have earned market approval.

They are now seeking an experienced bioanalytical scientist to take a hands off role serving as a scientific expert to support various presentations, assay troubleshooting, strategic decision making and publishing amongst other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as scientific and regulatory advisor to internal operations and commercial teams
• Assist in the publication and presentation of results
• Support in the identification and selection of top talent to join various teams
• Work closely with commercial functions to present scientific capabilities to external partners
• Work closely with operational team to anticipate and resolve project concerns
• Promote and deliver scientific and regulatory strategic consulting services such as translational strategy
• Attend and present at various scientific meetings/conferences
• Frequently publish in scientific journals
• Cultivate relationships with various partners from government agencies, academia and industry
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of competitors as well as the latest trends, technologies and regulations
• Review and edit proposed submissions to scientific journals by other employees

Requirements:

• PhD/MSc in a relevant subject
• Expert in bioanalysis including such as PK, ADA, LCMS, Flow cytometry, immunogeneticity etc
• Broad drug development experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work independently 
• Prepared to travel at least 10% of the time
