Biorasi is looking for an Associate, Commercial Operations Financial (remote)

Your main responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of the MS Excel based pricing tool
• Collaborate with functional heads, SMEs and other stakeholders for ongoing updates of country, region, client specific costing rules, algorithms to the pricing tool, bid grid
• Support development of materials (e.g. User guides, instructional sheets, training materials) for the pricing tool/bid grid and assist with training of relevant Biorasi staff
• Develop process for incorporating changes and updates to pricing tool and other financial trackers
• Assist pricing team by maintaining a detailed tracker of required enhancements for the pricing tool and other relevant trackers
• Perform analysis of relevant data, client or internal team feedback from ongoing projects and proposals to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement to the tool
• Act as an active member of pricing team and support program development team as needed with pricing estimates and proposals for prospective clients
• Perform other responsibilities related to the functions of the Pricing and Program Development teams

Your Profile:

• First working experience in a coordinator or assistant capacity
• Work experience in a CRO is mandatory
• Advanced level of computer proficiency in MS Excel and moderate level of experience with other MS Office Suite products
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written and overall communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as required to complete assigned tasks
