As part of an exciting new strategic initiative, they are seeking talented and commercially minded Pharmacist who is keen to progress into a key influencing role.

As a Pharmacist Partnership Manager, your role is to effectively engage with significant customer groups, including but not limited to PCN Clinical Pharmacists and Clinical Directors, on a peer to peer level with a view to positively influencing their clinical practice.

You will work collaboratively and effectively with the broader marketing and sales team, positively influencing the deployment of patient identification searches for the management of patients with hypercholesterolaemia and osteoporosis. Through this engagement you will use your professional experience to highlight the clinical advantages of identifying these patients and the benefits of their subsequent management.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Accountable for the achievement of required levels of activity with target organisations and key customer stakeholders such as PCN Pharmacists, Practice Based Pharmacists and Clinical Directors directly involved in the management of hypocholesteraemia and osteoporosis
  • Demonstrate effective influencing skills and credibility to ensure the patient searches you are offering are implemented appropriately
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams, contributing to the development of business and brand plans and providing input and feedback on ways to effectively engage key stakeholders

Your suitability for the role will be defined by:

  • Qualified Pharmacist (preferably an Independent Prescriber)
  • Experience in primary care and ability to network proficiently with key decision makers
  • Excellent knowledge of the NHS and previous involvement in the management cardiovascular/lipid management
  • Good commercial / business orientation
  • An effective communicator with ability to persuade and influence
  • Able to build effective relationships and work as part of a team
