Territory Manager - Comfortable Environment


Today we are recruiting for a territory manager with an emphasis on anaesthetic products for a well known client of ours seeking a nurse with sales experience. The chosen individual will be offer the opportunity to work in an environment with a reputation for having a relaxed environment that will still push you, adding just the right amount of pressure for you to succeed in a prosperous environment, all while furthering the expansion of sales within The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

- You will be tasked with building long-term solid relationships with existing and potential clients, building and expanding the existing hospital network to become a reference within the industry and creating the perception for yourself that you are the specialist in that niche field.


- You will also be tasked with giving presentations and training to clients while attending trade fairs and conferences. This will provide you variety in the role and give you room to grow into your expertise. The need for this is vital as when customers turn to you for help you will be best equipped through repetition to deal with complaints and questions as if it is second nature.


- Work with the Sales Manager for the region to develop and implement plans to achieve budget targets, work with the highest people in the company and adapt to high level environments, making friends and colleagues in high places throughout.

Requirements


- Sales experience in the Medical device field: 4-6 years.
- Nursing Background.
- OR experience is nice to have but not required.
- Anaesthetic product experience is nice to have but not required.
- Relevant degree in the Life Science field.
- English & Dutch fluency.
