Barrington James is currently partnered with a leading life science consultancy that requests the services of a professional to join the team as a HE Modelling/Evidence Synthesis Engagement Manager to assist them with the continued growth of the company.

• Execute projects effectively, leading the generation of insights/recommendations and supervising the quality of work consultants produce ensuring exceeded deliverables.
• Take the lead role in projects from beginning to end guiding a small team effectively to meet the clients standards.
• Be enthusiastic in seeking and taking on new projects, remaining calm under pressure alongside adjusting to various team interaction styles.
• Lead the day to day project check ins sometimes leading to larger interactions such as workshops - understanding how the project fits with clients needs and goals.
• Hold strong modelling knowledge including various approaches.
• Be aware of the clients quality and formatting standards in training junior members of the team with workstreams in their area of expertise.
• Participate in resource development and internal process within the business alongside aiding in refining existing company areas in your area of expertise.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years experience in Health Economic Modelling AND/OR Evidence Synthesis in a consulting setting
• Experience building global health economic models from scratch (Budget-Impact, Cost-Effectiveness)
• History leading client interactions, leading projects from start to finish
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - conveying complex concepts clearly to non-experts
• Programming proficiency in .XLS and VBA Models
