Job Details

The Opportunity

You will establish relationships with colleagues across different departments and countries throughout the region to help increase adoption of the available Productivity and Collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint and other O365 Applications e.g. Teams, OneDrive, Stream).

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Collaboration Platforms you will manage the communication with Business colleagues to analyze requirements for collaboration, productivity (including teams, projects and personal) and team efficiency and optimization. Participate with business in daily product service activities, projects, service issues and provide guidance/consulting to outsourced support team.

This is a global role where your reporting line manager will be based in the UK, there will be some out of hours meetings to attend. The manager is very supportive of flexible working arrangements.

The Role
  • Collaborate with important our users to communicate the status of ongoing issues and developments within SLA;
  • Work with third-party vendor resources for application support/enhancement development;
  • Build productive relationships with peers and partners;
  • Collaboratively work with internal employees, vendors and consultants to implement solutions;
  • Critically review processes with a view to improving quality, simplicity and effectiveness throughout I&T and the business;
  • Follow governance and suggest ongoing improvements to existing governance to ensure compliance;
  • Ensure documentation is kept up to date.
  • Apply appropriate best practice to all aspects of IT Service Delivery, following I&T standards;
  • Promote best uses of the tools available by meeting with relevant business colleagues and through communities;


Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; education preferably concentrated in IT, Engineering or Science; Master degree or post graduate coursework
  • Technical training in vendor specific technology high desirable
  • 5 years' IT experience including specific experience in business systems analysis
  • Experience with and practical experience in Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience of using and an understanding of other Microsoft O365 collaboration tools, including : Teams; OneDrive; Stream; Delve; Power Platform and other third-party tools that supplement e.g. Nintex, ShareGate
  • Experience operating with outsourced service providers in an international context
  • In-depth experience of SharePoint (preferably SharePoint Online) and O365 Grou
  • Experience with products, such as, SharePoint, Excel (can perform complex functions) , and Visio
  • Experience documenting requirements and formal testing
  • Knowledgeable with the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies
