Due to an internal promotion, you will partner with site head and Vice President of CSL Behring Australia, Head of Supply Chain, Head of Quality, Heads of Engineering, Heads of Production and other functional leads to provide guidance and full financial information and analysis regarding current and future state of the business. This is an important Australian leadership role responsible for Business Partnering of our large Broadmeadows site.

The Role

• Lead the Business Partnering Finance team. Provide increasing focus on customer service both internally and externally, continuous improvement, and internal Finance Indicators
• Improve the quality and effectiveness of the finance team. Put in place continuous improvement programs that contribute to the local business and finance team. Continued focus on current improvement projects including upgrades to current systems already underway
• Maintain the reporting and control framework for statutory (AIFRS) and management accounts in compliance with AIFRS, CSL Group Accounting Policies and our Guidelines and Procedures
• Lead Finance digital transformation efforts collaborating with equivalent roles across Ops Sites and Global Finance

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance or related discipline; CPA or CA Qualified with MBA preferred
• Have demonstrated experience with a multinational organisation preferably within the Life Sciences, FMCG, or resources industry
• A Leader and able to develop a skilled team of finance professionals with different seniority
• Ability to communicate both orally and written, develop enduring relationships and be a strong voice with people at all levels
• Have commercial and business acumen and the ability understand a complex manufacturing business quickly with familiarity of micro-economic principles.
• Experience in financial and management accounting, including statutory reporting
