This home based position for a Senior Project Specialist ( Project Administrator) is an outstanding opportunity for those looking in the future to make the leap into a Project Leadership (PM) role. Parexel’s Project Specialist team embraces internal development and supports team members growth to the Associate Project Leader position as part of career development.

The Senior Project Specialist works independently with a high sense of ownership on project management tasks, having higher level expertise such as advanced analytical, technical and communication skills, best practices approach, a more advanced financial understanding and is building internal/ external client relationships. Understands the impact of the own and all other project roles on delivering projects in time, in scope and to quality and acts accordingly. A Senior Project Specialist can be assigned to Early phase and/or Late phase projects working with all Project Leadership teams.
