THE ROLE
We are looking for a Laboratory Associate Project Manager to join our Laboratory Services Department where you will provide specialist Project Management skills, ensuring studies are delivered on time, on budget and within scope. You will be responsible for the financial oversight, timeline management and client interface on a variety of studies within the department.
You will interact with key Laboratory Services employees and other internal Project Managers on a daily basis to ensure all study tasks are executed and will frequently represent the business with clients and other third-party vendors.

- Act as a client’s key point of contact on assigned studies from end to end, ensuring studies are delivered on time.
- Ensure assigned studies are executed within scope.
- Ensure all studies are executed within the financial budget.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of laboratory documents.
- Act as an internal point of contact to ensure all key actions are performed.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Essential
- BSc in Life Science or Business degree or equivalent
- Project or Study Management experience in a Laboratory or in clinical research.
Desirable
- Relevant MSc, PhD or MBA or equivalent.
- Formal project management qualification/certification
- Experience in a Laboratory environment.
- Experience of working in clinical research.
