Full Time Permanent Position - 35 hour working week

Exciting opportunity to join an expanding Biopharmaceutical Company in a role where you will work as part of the Supply Chain team and be responsible for creating, maintaining and updating master data and components across all systems and databases. This role will be responsible for system data updates and changes, to align with manufacturing requirements across the site. This role will develop you in becoming the SME for the D365 ERP system. The role will be based in Stevenage, with flexibility to combine with home working.

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible and accountable for New Product introduction process this includes creation, modification and release product specific master data. (Includes D365 & Sage)
* Responsible and accountable for creation of BOM (including D365 & Sage)
* Responsible and accountable for maintaining WMS (includes D365 & Sage)
* Maintains manufacturing routes within D365 once instructed by scheduling team
* Responsible and accountable for offboarding of materials within D365 & Sage system
* Maintains master data within D365 & Sage and actions any amendments as requested by wider supply chain team.
* Annual GXP system refresher training including maintenance of training folders and communication with training department
* New starter D365 & Sage Introduction training
* Assists Supply & Operations Planning Specialist and wider team with SIOP deck generation for KPI metrics
* Establishes and maintains effective communication channels to provide accurate information across Supply Chain, CGT-Warehouse, Production, QC and QA relating to master data
* New Starter creation of user rights access management for D365 & Sage.
* Owner of recording access rights, training completed and compliant.
* Key contact between Autolus internal IT and external teams IT to include communication to supply chain team on any system outages or key updates.
* Ensures GMP & GXP system awareness/best practice is shared cross functionally between all internal and external teams
* Responsible and accountable for creation and maintenance of supply chain KPI metrics.
* Supporting the completion of quality actions (Deviations, Change controls, CAPAs etc)
* Any other duties as required following consultation with the post holder.
* The post-holder will be responsible for adhering to all health and safety guidance, provided by the Company.

Experience
* Supply Chain systems experience within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience (P)
* Supply Chain systems maintenance experience within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience (P)
* Experience of working with a laboratory or manufacturing environment (P)

Skills/Specialist knowledge
* IT literate with experience of using MS Office package (E)
* Strong informational technology skills including familiarity with MES and/or ERP platform applications and management (P)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to present results clearly and logically, working co-operatively as part of a team as well as alone (E)
* Good attention to detail and ability to accurately follow SOPs (E)
* Ability to identify and implement solutions (E)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (E)
