Market Access Senior Analyst

Description

Senior Analysts are part of the core ‘engine’ for project delivery. The role involves working on a variety of market access, pricing and/or value communications projects, from planning through to delivery and completion, in collaboration with a Senior Consultant or Consultant.

You’ll be expected to work supporting other team members by conducting secondary research, payer recruitment, and drafting project materials and content with supervision and guidance from your manager and other team members.

Person specification

Previous experience of healthcare market access and reimbursement processes within Europe and ideally countries outside Europe including e.g. US and Canada Experience ideally gained in a consultancy, academic or life sciences industry environment Ability to assimilate large amounts of information and become familiar quickly with new topics and therapeutic areas Ability to manage time and deadlines Strong organisation skills Adopts a professional approach to client interactions Main responsibilities:

Support other team members through the provision and reporting of secondary research Develop written and presentation materials with supervision, including e.g. background materials to support primary research, client deliverables such as reports in PowerPoint or Word, and sections for inclusion into value dossiers or reimbursement dossiers Handle project logistics e.g. identify and recruit payers/KOLs for research, and schedule discussions Assist with Advisory Board/workshop logistics Take notes at meetings and produce reports of meeting proceedings/discussions As a development opportunity, project manage one or more small projects or one workstream of large project Ensure accuracy and consistency of own work through checking and/or requesting review from colleagues Support others in developing background material for proposals Develop briefing articles on a relevant subject for publication on website and LinkedIn
