Job Details
Key Accountabilities:
o Manages business flow on select Partnership Accounts
o Enters opportunities in Salesforce on Partnership Accounts
o Fosters key relationships internally and with customer counterparts
o Runs Business Analysis reports
o Supports proposal development, budget development, and contract support
o Engaged in preparation for quarterly account reviews
o Supports new Preferred Partnership Opportunities, pre and post award
o Participates in cross-functional proposal processes
o Analyzes market and competitive intelligence to help create commercial growth strategies
o Engages with Sales and Delivery teams as needed
o Other team support as needed

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
• The ability to work successfully with a global team in a matrix environment
• The ability to present information effectively and confidently in front of internal and/or external clients
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent documentation skills
Technical
• Competency in MS Office applications
• Experience with SalesForce
Knowledge and Experience:
• Some experience in an "inside sales" role, business analysis or proposals/contracts
• A general understanding of clinical research and some experience in clinical research services is preferred
Education:
• A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline desired (life science, business,etc.)
• MBA or an advanced degree in a related discipline is a plus
