Die Abteilung Pharma Engineering ist auf der Suche nach zwei Automationsingenieuren Pharma Engineering PCS7 (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Betriebsengineering für die Standorte Basel / Kaiseraugst.

Als Automationsingenieur Pharma Engineering PCS7 (m/w/d) trägt man die Verantwortung für die Betreuung der bestehenden und neuen Automationssysteme (v.a. PCS7-basiert), welche in die Infrastruktur integriert sind bzw. werden. Die zu betreuenden Prozessanlagen verfügen über einen sehr hohen Automatisierungsgrad und sind stark untereinander bzw. mit übergeordneten IT Systemen vernetzt.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Betriebsengineering mit dem Ziel, die Aufrechterhaltung der Produktion jederzeit zu gewährleisten

• kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozessanlagen und Evaluieren, Prüfen und Empfehlen neuer Technologien

• proaktives Unterstützen der Kunden bei der Definition und Initiierung von Investitionsvorhaben

• Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen und Terminplänen

• Mitarbeit in (Führen von) interdisziplinär zusammengesetzten Teams mit internen und externen Mitarbeitern und Firmen

• selbstständige Abwicklung von Automationsprojekten in allen Projektphasen mit Verantwortung für Kosten, Termine, Ressourcen und technische Lösungen

• Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen durch interne Stellen und Behörden im Bereich GMP und SGU

Must Haves:

• abgeschlossene Techniker Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Automation, Elektrotechnik, technische Informatik o.ä.

• gutes Verfahrenstechnisches Verständnis und mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Betriebsengineering und Anlagenbau, vorzugsweise mit einem pharmazeutischen Hintergrund

• sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse von Netzwerktechnik und Automationssoftware: Siemens PCS7, S7, TIA, WinCC

• fundierte Erfahrung im GMP- und GAMP- Umfeld

• sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt

Nice to haves:

• Erfahrung mit Hardwareplanung (COMOS, CAE)

• hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

• sehr gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten

• eigenverantwortliche, kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
