Clinical Operations Manager, Melbourne, Australia
My client, a leading global CRO who are currently working on a number of incredible, innovative studies are currently seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to join their team, due to an internal promotion.
As Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing both CRAs and CTAs within this CRO.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage CRAs and CTAs, ensuring all staff are trained to complete their job responsibilities
- Participating in the selection and on boarding process for new clinical staff by conducting candidate review and participating in the interviewing process.
- Managing the quality of assigned staff's clinical work through regular review and evaluation of work product.
Experience Required:
- At least 2 year's experience in a similar role within Australia
- Line Management experience
- Experience working within a CRO, and experience within Clinical Research
- Fantastic communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and work in a busy environment
- Drive and ambition
- Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP Guideline
