Vendor Manager and Auditor

Proclinical are recruiting a Vendor Manager and Auditor for a pharmaceutical establishment. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the UK. The client is focused on supplying solutions for those conducting clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

• Manage initial and requalification of all vendor types for the company internationally.
• Assist vendor linked actions in the pharmaceutical quality system (PQS) to meet GxP needs.
• Handle and monitor a risk-based audit program to guarantee efficient oversight of GMP external services and resources suppliers for the company internationally.
• You will audit suppliers of GxP products and services which involves planning and succeeding audit follow up.

Skills & Requirements:

• Familiarity within a pharmaceutical organisation, ideally in clinical trials.
• Qualified lead auditor.
• Acquaintance with handling audit plans and current vendor qualification actions.
• An organised individual who is precise and manages time efficiently.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Shareholder management abilities.
