Job Details

Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior Lead Statistical Programmer I to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the UK. Our client is focused on offering their clients with assurance and their cooperation.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will serve as a lead programmer for client projects and studies.
  • Partake in the upkeep of the project plan.
  • Form an efficient and cooperative relations with the client.
  • You will guide the internal programming team to deliver high quality work within budget and in a timely manner.
  • Handle peer monitoring and/or line management.
  • Assume ownership of a study or group of studies and executing new concepts and procedures to aid delivery.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

  • Team leadership abilities, focusing on outcomes for accomplishing competing deliverables in a precise and timely manner.
  • Able to resolve issues with a high attention to detail.
  • Social and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Comprehension of the clinical drug development process and pertinent illnesses.
  • A consciousness of business and project standards, and OCH regulations.
  • Familiarity with the execution of data standards at a study level.
  • Competent in using SAS or any other statistical software such as R.
