Key Accountabilities:

• In close collaboration with the EMEA Tender Manager, you will partner with Operating Companies in driving process excellence and monitor and drive adherence to processes and usage of tender related regional tools/systems

• You will work towards mapping out a stakeholder engagement plan that is aligned to the EMEA Tender Excellence vision and strategy and assist with its delivery and implementation

• Work with regional colleagues to implement a tender discovery functionality to existing regional tender management system

• Partner with the regional colleagues in the development, implementation and roll-out of several system/tools including but not limited to Bid Price Simulation tool, LOE Transition tool and iTender Analytics dashboard

• Support the streamlining of systems and processes including SAP interface to our regional tender management tool

• Collaborate with team to develop regional SOPs and training materials for tools/systems implemented

• Work with regional colleagues to ensure tools/systems are used by monitoring usage and adoption on a monthly basis

• Define and manage the Tender Excellence Microsoft TEAMS and SharePoint documentation structure

• Take full ownership for leading the weekly cross-functional tactical calls and provide support for communication to different stakeholders and support preparation of bi-weekly SteerCo meetings and monitor their follow ups

• Owner of the EMEA Tender Excellence Distribution List ensuring it is kept up to date

• As a Regional Tender Analyst, within the EMEA Tender Excellence team you will have the ability to flex according to business requirement and shape the role to drive business efficiencies

Requirements:

• University degree level preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or IT

• 3+ years’ experience in Tendering, Commercial, Marketing, Finance or Business Operations

• Experience in project management and implementing or executing excellence – including new processes and tools to improve efficiencies

• Strong collaborator and communicator, and team player

• Experience in leading meetings with senior management and taking action notes

• Ability to input to and operationalise strategies and tactical plans

• Ability to challenge thinking (in a matrix organization) and embraces diverse views that improve decision making

• Can-do attitude and willing to learn/develop

• High attention to detail

• Highly organised
