Senior CRA for an international CRO - Homebased Norway

Join one of the largest international CROs, expert in many therapeutic areas! Put your skills as an experienced CRA to work for my client. In addition, some of the monitoring visits will be done remotely. The position can be in full remote from anywhere in Norway or you can go to the office as often as you want.

Tasks :

• Working in partnership with a unique sponsor
• Usually assigned to 2-3 protocols
• Responsible for about 15 sites
• On site between 6 and 9 days per month,
• Work with the sites to adapt, pilot and monitor the subject recruitment plan
• Provide protocol and study training to assigned sites
• Create and maintain monitoring visit reports and action plans
• Co-monitor, train and mentor junior team members

Profile required:

• Looking for CRAs with 18 months - 6 years experience (ideally) in CRO
• Flexible on Therapeutic Area but ideally oncology experience
• Phases: Open to any level of experience but projects are mainly Phase II-IV
• Site visits: depends on sponsors and projects but normallyt an average of 8/month
  Can work fully remotely but they can go to the office as often as they wish
• Very good level of English (written, read and spoken)
