An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager to lead the Romania Data Management team in a fast-paced, dynamic CRO. I-Pharms client is a technology led CRO that has invested heavily in cutting edge innovations to their Clinical Data Management department to define new and efficient ways to design, capture manage, review and visualise clinical trial data. Following this, they are now on the look-out for a talented and experienced Manager to join the team and help drive this change. Could this be you?

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Associate Director, Clinical Data Management, you will lead and manage an assigned team of data managers at the office in Timisoara.

Requirements:

• Significant experience line managing a team, ideally in a professional, data-related or technology setting.
• Excellent organisational, planning, resourcing, and leadership skills
• Experience managing budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a global working environment.
• Professional, motivated and a positive attitude.
• Excellent negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills including risk analysis.
• Strong command of English.
• 8 plus years of clinical data management experience.
• Has led multiple large complex global oncology studies and teams within a CRO. End to end data management experience. Has experience with data strategies, data structures and data flows. Has managed teams, project budgets, time-lines, resourcing, leading client meetings and has been exposed to central / risk based monitoring and real-world data is a plus.
