Job responsibilities
• Proficiency of the functions of Sr. Reporting Associate (RA).
• Prepare data tables and reports for validations and studies using Syneos Health template or client specific template across both disciplines (LB or MS).
• Quality review of validation and study reports across both disciplines.
• Maintain and write various templates required for reporting activities.
• Provide support for specific requests received from internal and external clients.
• Responsible for 3-4 additional departmental functions (SOP, training, job aids, etc.).
• Training of new hires (mentoring).
• Act as a resource for technical and scientific questions.
• Participate with manager in developing and establishing processes.
• Works independently with little supervision of Manager.
• Responsible for performing activities that are in compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, Standard operating Procedures and Operating Guidelines and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for
• High School Diploma or active student.
• Demonstrate an aptitude and willingness to follow instructions. Reliability and punctuality for critical tasks are necessary.
• Experience in regulated environment is required
• English level: Required bilingualism includes understanding simple messages and following basic instructions.
