These Biosimilars are going quickly through clinical trials, meaning you will get to experience the complications of releasing new products and learn from them, which is an invaluable skill to have on your CV. We're looking for someone who has solid experience in Downstream/Upstream, and who comes from either a Development or Manufacturing background. Good communication is essential as well as the ability to work alone and with a team. You must be a proactive problem solver and enjoy hands-on work!

You will be leading the team responsible for performing pilot runs and other relevant experiments, executing experiments, data analysis, and reporting, authoring and reviewing appropriate documentation such as routine reports as well as training and coaching multiple people at different levels throughout the company.
