THE POSITION


As a Process Manager in our Global Business Services you will work in a global team that designs, builds and continuously improves our worldwide standardized operations processes. The focus of this position is on the quality control processes within our global quality network. These processes are supported by our global LIMS systems based on Labware and SAP/QM.

For this role, we have several vacancies to fill.


Tasks & responsibilities


  • As Process Manager GBS Process Management Quality you will work in global projects or lead sub-projects for the implementation of standardized processes at our locations worldwide.
  • In your new role, you will be responsible for the design and further development of efficient processes as well as their implementation within the scope of global projects.
  • In order to align requirements as well as the standardization of processes, you will always be in close coordination with our international stakeholders.
  • Within the lifecycle, you will create relevant documents and conduct testing and training activities.
  • You support our users worldwide with your expertise in questions regarding process management with Labware and form the interface to IT.
  • You keep a close eye on the regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical industry and ensure that all our processes comply with them.



Requirements


  • Degree in a scientific or information technology field of study or comparable education with relevant experience
  • Initial work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the area of quality control with an affinity for information systems
  • Experience with laboratory and QC processes and their modeling in Labware
  • Sound knowledge of Labware, e.g. as a key user, process support or project member
  • Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements (EU GMP guidelines, 21 CFR, 9 CFR, ICH guidelines) for processes as well as computer system validation
  • First experience in managing projects or sub-projects
  • Team player with strong communication skills and intercultural competence, as well as enjoy working in a complex, international environment
  • Willingness to travel (
