Job Details

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordination and monitoring of external vendors
  • Commissioning and scheduling of external companies
  • Technical Inspections of our buildings
  • Facilities Orders
  • General Facilities Service Ticket processing
  • Building Access Control
  • Issue of all Purchase Orders according to existing policies (on behalf of FAC department), including the management of an appropriate record keeping system of supporting documentation and follow-up on payment with Finance.
  • Maintain a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner.


Skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office incl. Outlook)
  • Organizational skills
  • Self motivated and independent
  • Fluent in German
  • Basic English


Education
  • High School Diploma
  • Education in technical area
  • Driver´s license required
  • Own vehicle preferred
