Clinical Data Management Operations Lead

Location: UK and EU

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the local Operations team to ensure project objectives are met within agreed timelines.
• Responsible for providing line management leadership to Operations Hub team performing Operations support activities including Employee Onboarding, Employee Management, Freelancer Management & Invoice, Management under minimal supervision.
• Ensures team deliverables are met to expected quality and timelines and mentors/develops Team Leads and other employees under the guidance of Manager, Sr. Manager, or designee.

• PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• A minimum of 7 years clinical data management experience including 4 years' experience as a data management lead or point of contact for day-to-day activity on studies with key responsibilities for study set-up and close-out tasks as well as overseeing and coordinating tasks delegated to the study team members.
• Experience of leading clinical studies is important, and a knowledge of RAVE / SDTM / SAS is preferred.
