Frontline Health Melbourne is now looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our organisation and become an integral member of a team of dedicated, customer-focused individuals, who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality candidates.

You have the ability to cold call and build strong relationships with our clients

You have experience in working to targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

What you'll be doing:
Assisitng with recruiting for permanent roles in Healthcare - Sales (Device/Pharma), Nursing, Allied Health, Primary Care, Community, Aged Care & Executive roles
Delivering end-to-end 360 recruitment solutions by achieving daily and weekly KPI's
Growing revenue with existing contacts and generating new relationships with an already strong client base
Support job seekers right through the recruitment process with warmth and integrity
Developing innovative techniques in sourcing and attracting quality candidates
People like working with us because they are treated like professionals, given responsibility & accountability for their success and are part of a positive contribution to our culture.
