Responsibilities
The RoleOur industry leading Global Study Start Up and Contracts group is growing and we are currently looking for a Contracts Representative to join our evolving global team. This is a great opportunity to work within a fast paced and dynamic team who take overall responsibility for the commercial relationship between ICON and our Clinical Trial Sites.As a Contracts Representative you will assist the Contract Associates in coordinating the execution of site contracts. This may include running and analyzing reports, scanning and data entry, identifying delays in contract execution process, providing follow-up, and escalating appropriately in coordinating the completion of Clinical Trial Agreements. You will take responsibility for prepared contracts across the region, gaining signatures and mailing out to all relevant parties.In addition and as your experience develops, you may also draft and negotiate contract amendments. You will provide communications and administrative support to project teams as needed. Operating as a key part of a global study team, the Contracts department plays a fundamental role in our clients’ drug development processes.Our Contracts Representatives collaborate closely with other functional areas including colleagues within Study Start Up and the wider Clinical and Project Delivery teams so it is vital that you have strong communication skills. You will be fully supported in your role by a dedicated functional manager and benefit from a clear progression pathway!

- Interested in or have basic understanding of legal contracts.
- Fluency in English
- Experienced in administration duties or data entry.
