One of our biggest pharma client has a great opportunity and few more slots available. They are looking for a strong Release Train Engineer with a real world SAFe experience and well experienced with large ARTs.

The perfect candidate:

The ideal candidate will be someone who understands data driven Software development and has strong SAFe capabilities. The person needs to be able to deliver in an ambiguous environment and facilitates/drives in a high-pressure environment with senior stakeholders. The candidate needs to be able to work well in a team.


  • Work closely with the Product team (Product Manager, Product Owner(s), developers, Business Analysts, technical resources, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and optimize the flow of product value using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans, boards, trackers
  • Facilitate Operational Value Mapping and ART identification workshops
  • Run PI planning exercise and organize teams around value delivery
  • Coach leaders, teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
  • Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and help them improve
  • Act as a subject matter expert and coach to the team in Agile methodology, tool usage, decision making process

Must haves:

  • 6-7 years experience in Project Management with experience in the management of complex technical projects and 4+ years experience on helping organization implementing Scaled Agile Practices
  • Strong leadership experience with a servant style towards the product manager, scrum master, development team and the wider organization.
  • At least 4 years of experience in delivery of Healthcare software within a regulated environment.
  • Has successfully led large-scale software projects (with multiple tracks of work and teams in multiple locations) from concept to delivery
  • Experience with managing senior stakeholders and coaching senior leaders on Lean-Agile Principles

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in data driven software development and experience with managing data driven projects within sequencing

• International teamwork or global functional experience is preferred.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry a plus

• Experience with GxP relevant systems

• Experience with deployment of cloud and SaaS solutions
