An established life science agency based in the US, that specializes in all things Pharmaceutical has partnered with Albion Rye Associates in a bid to recruit the best talent in the industry! With teams covering all functions of life science, from Med comms to Market Access and clinical they are the trusted partner of pharma & biotechs.

Due to exceeding performance in the first half of 2022 and new business wins, they are looking to expand their Pharmaceutical communications and advertising division, and a big part of that growth is to bring a brand new Account Supervisor into the business to act as the main POC for their global, strategic accounts and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies for their clients.

The ideal profile would be of a candidate currently at either SAE or AM level who is looking to advance their careers within an agency that prioritizes development.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the daily POC for their clients, keeping them regularly updated with the progress of their projects
  • Manage and balance client financial scopes, ensuring timely invoicing, following established protocols, and forecasts are achieved
  • Effectively delegate workstreams to account team members with appropriate supervision
  • Be fluent in the disease category, product data, and competitive landscape, and lead briefings with creative and account teams
  • Effectively lead the execution of tactics that align with the brand strategy, provide brand stewardship and maintain strong client satisfaction on assigned brand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience managing one or more direct report
  • 3-5 years of experience working within the Medical / Pharma Marketing space (essential)
  • Experienced in acting as the main POC for global clients
  • Able to collaborate across multi-disciplinary brand teams
