Program Manager

**Program Manager- Small Growing Biotech- Oncology Specialist**

Planet Pharma is a rapidly growing organization working with a leading biotech, who are looking for a Program Manager to join their team and help manage some really exciting and complex oncology studies. This position is a hybrid position, with the offices based near Amsterdam.

Due to the size of this company, they offer the opportunity for an individual to join the team and really take control of the studies they are managing allowing for personal growth and development. Additionally, there are multiple opportunities for rapid progression to Senior Program Manager.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for managing development projects, develop overall project strategy, tracking tools including integrated development plans and GANTT charts, monitor and analyze project processes against goals and help in the identification of potential issues.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of aged deliverables to agreed program timelines within agreed budget.
• Develop high-level and detailed schedules and support development of program budgets.
• Monitor project sub-team deliverables to drive execution of plans.
• Develop detailed GANNT charts, identify and address areas of resource, and track against milestones.
• Lead the risk management process including proactive risk identification, quantification, risk strategy definition and mitigation plans.

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience  in program management.
• Basic understanding of CMC and reg.
• Cross-functional and stakeholder interaction experience.
• PMP certified.
• Oncology experience.
