Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Controller to join my clients German pharmaceutical company for a role in northern Germany. This is a great opportunity to progress your career as no previous management experience is required, and therefore you can enter at a senior level. Key Responsibilities:
- Technical responsibility of controlling for the site which will include technical management of the site CO team and development of the area
- Production controlling - order invoicing, evaluation, BDE/ key figure evaluation
- Advise business for various areas including management
- Supervision of accounting
- Budget planning & forecasting
- Calculate unit costs - coordinating with sales/product development
- Economic analysis, investment controlling, sales controlling
- Consolidation of reports for production sites to top management, including financial control of production ties
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
Requirements:
- Economic or equivalent degree (or relevant experience)
- Minimum 4 years experience in a controlling position
- In-depth knowledge of techniques and methods of production controlling and ideally also knowledge of sales controlling
- Ability to interpret and target group-oriented communication of business data as well as analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Very good knowledge of handling ERP systems, ideally SAP S4HANA or R/3 knowledge (especially modules FI/CO, MM, PP/PP-PI)
- Fluent German & strong English
