headcount AG is a Zurich-based consultancy serving clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostic, OTC and chemical market segments.
Our client is a global biotechnology company specialized in the development and commercialization of innovative cancer treatments. They are based in Zug and need a Benefits Manager for their Global Rewards Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
_Supporting benefits for EU affiliates (retirement, medical or accident insurance, car programs etc.)
_Benefit database maintenance & vendor management
_Relationship management of internal & external partners
_Collaborating with benefit brokers and providers regarding employee enrollment
_Keep pension vendors up to date
_Collaborating with EU HR team, Accounting and other stakeholders regarding benefit changes and updates
_Identifying & solving invoicing flow issues between accounting & benefit vendors
_Providing guidelines to employees in regions of implemented benefits
_Close collaboration with HR Operations
REQUIREMENTS
_≥3 years experience in benefits administration/compensation/coordination
_Implementation experience of benefits in more than 1 country
_Knowledge of HR/benefit regulations (Switzerland, France, Germany, UK)
_Fluent in English
