Clinical Project Manager (Global) - Medium CRO

Proclinical Staffing are currently looking for an experienced Global Clinical Project Manager to join a small to medium sized CRO in the UK in a permanent, home based position. Our client is a global, European CRO with over 500 employees globally - they specialise in working with small start-up biotech companies who mainly work in oncology but also, they do cover other complex therapy areas. This makes it a perfect opportunity for a candidate with 2+ years CPM level experience within a CRO who wants to be impactful in their next role whilst being close to the science. This is a newly created role in the UK which has opened due the expansion of client's project work which makes it an exciting time to join as their goal is to promote their employees their long term.

Being a small UK Clinical Operations team, personally fit is extremely important so someone can fit in easily within the dynamic/ diverse working environment whilst hitting the ground running straight away - this is why someone from a small to medium sized company is preferred, but not essential.

Some of the key requirements/ details are below:

• (Global) Clinical Project Manager.
• UK, home based.
• Phase I-III.
• Oncology desired, but not essential.
• 2+ years' experience needed at CPM level (up to 8 years' experience).
• CRA background strongly preferred, but not essential.
• BSc, MSc, PhD or Nursing background.
• A "can do" attitude works well in an independent environment.

What's on offer? A highly negotiable basic salary ( up to £80K/ year DOE)  + 10/15% bonus + £6k car allowance.
