A top international Pharmaceutical company is looking for a freelance Project Manager for fully remote long-term cooperation. Responsibilities:

International Pharmacovigilance (IPV) Strategy Realization and Project Leadership

  • Lead targeted IPV projects based on prioritization by the IPV LT to measurably improve global PV compliance and efficiencies.
  • Identify trends across the globe and highlight opportunities to IPV Leadership team.
  • Main areas of focus for this role are initiatives in the areas of PV compliance metrics & oversight, PV Training and procedural documents, and PV regulations.
  • Lead and support the enhancement of the Regulatory Reporting Requirements (RRR) Tracker and development of a local implementation activities tracking system.

IPV QMS and Compliance Oversight

  • Develop a globally consistent approach for assessing, recording and reporting of countries compliance status in close cooperation with CSA. Escalate alert signals of non-compliance. Focus on risk identification and support mitigation as needed.
  • Initiate, lead, and support continuous improvement initiatives based on quality and compliance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Contribute to the development of a standardized and integrated IPV quality system.

IPV Training and Procedural Documents Framework, and other responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Medical, pharmaceutical or nature science degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a position of responsibility within Pharmacovigilance
  • Proven leadership and management capability
  • Excellent people management, negotiation skills and leadership in coaching people in influencing internal and external partners
  • Fluent communication skills in English
