Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fantastic biotech organisation on a contract basis located in Uxbridge. Our client is focused on changing concepts and findings into remedies to treat people suffering from serious illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will handle regional scale up projects when needed.
  • Collaborate with business & HR clients to form and uphold candidate bonds.
  • Handle vacancies in line with the company's recruitment standards based on outlined talent acquisition metrics.
  • Operate within the boundaries of outlined SLA's and international/local guidelines/procedures.
  • You will manage direct sourcing with less than 20% of the companies spend.
  • Provide advice to HR business associates and internal shareholder on pipeline tactics.
  • The ideal candidate will examine innovative concepts to produce novel sourcing methods.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a life/social science, business admin or similar discipline.
  • Fluency in the English language with knowledge in other languages.
  • Attained specialist training and/or qualified in recruitment or talent management.
  • Experience as an in-house sourcer/recruiter, life science recruiter or executive search consultant.
  • Successful acquaintance with forming and upholding talent pipelines.
  • Capable of delivering high-quality service to senior clients.
  • Familiarity with guiding TA service delivery within a wider HR division.
  • Experience with relationship management.
  • Comprehension of business requirements with the ability to translate them into actionable plans.
  • Able to creatively leverage various sourcing channels.
  • Prior involvement in a project management role.
