We have an exciting opportunity available as an Office Manager (Facilities and Safety Management) working with a growing Pharmaceutical company with a new site based near Amsterdam. This is a great opportunity for a developing Facilities or Office professional to step into a new position covering a new site working with an established team who are based in the UK.


Overview of Responsibilities


The role will entail facilities and safety work including warehouse and office checks and organising external checks.

  • Provide office management
  • Manage facilities- looking after the building and services
  • Organise internal and external checks
  • Be responsible for cleaning set up
  • Travel when required
  • Support the Operations team


  • Dutch and English speaker
  • Experience providing office or facilities management such as looking after buildings and services


Additional requirements which are not essential (but could be considered advantageous)

  • Experience working on a production based site.
  • GMP or GDP or Clean room experience
