ERP Change Management Lead

An ERP Change Management Lead is needed for a global ERP programme. This is a fixed term contract for 1-2 years with a possible extension to the entire programme duration of 4 years.

The Change Lead is responsible for leading all change management, communication and training activity related to a global ERP system. This includes building the support of the ERP system and encouraging its use, working closely with the Communications and Marketing team. Key responsibilities expected from role cover four areas of strategy and planning, change management, training and communications. These include:

  • Develop the overall change management, communication and training strategy for the programme, and integrate activities into the overall programme plan.
  • Develop and oversee stakeholder engagement and business readiness activity, including assessments at appropriate intervals.
  • Upskill local business unit leaders and teams on effective communication during deployments.
  • Develop high-quality communications material, in line with corporate identity and style guide.
  • Working with the implementation partner to develop the end-user training strategy and approaches.
  • Design and develop training material, and support trainers to deliver initial training to super-users.


If you are already in an ERP Change Manager position, here are some experiences and skill sets you would already possess:

  • Relevant degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
  • A minimum of five years of experience leading the change management approach for a large and complex programme of work in the ERP space.
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts.
  • Able to simplify complex information to articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Microsoft dynamics experience would be great, but other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is okay.


This is a flexible working Change Manager role with the opportunity to work on a business-critical four-year programme.
