LIMS Master Data Specialist

In this position, the LIMS Master Data Specialist acts as a System Super User and is primarily responsible for Master Data Management (MDM) migration and creation and System Support including first-line end-user support to the QC laboratories.

Main Responsibilities:

During the Deployment phase of LIMS releases, the LIMS Master Data Specialist act as Site Master Data builder:

• Supporting the gathering of documentation for the collection of Master Data

• Standardizes and harmonizes master data per standards documented in the MD Configuration Standards SOP.

• Reviews organized, standardized, and harmonized master data prior to build and provides verification and User Acceptance Testing of completed master data as needed.

In addition, support the Deployment teams with the following duties:

• Participation in demos and testing of functionalities and workflows.

• Participation to train LIMS end users according to specific roles of them.

• Hypercare activities.

Main Requirements

• BS degree in Science, Computer Science or a related field

• Knowledge of LIMS applications and procedures (Labware specific)

• Knowledge of cGMP Regulations and how they apply to QC laboratories

• Professional command of French
